Steps for Importing a Registered Pesticide.

Process

Step 1:  Fill out the Application to Import a Registered Pesticide form.

Step 2:  The Department will provide information on the type of chemicals that can be imported within the BVI.

Step 3:  Provide the Department with the arrival date and the port of entry of the pesticide so that it can be inspected upon arrival.

Step 4:  An officer from the Department will compare the list on the application form with the list on the manifest to ensure that everything matches what is on the
             form.

Step 5:  If entry is denied, the chemicals may be confiscated and destroyed.
