The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting bids for the Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the RFG Place Building, Road Town, Tortola.

Procurement Coordinator, Mrs. Ishma Rhymer said the bids must include each of the documents as outlined in the “Request for Quotation” together with any supporting literature required by the relevant document. 

Mrs. Rhymer said, “Bidders are requested to submit a notification of the intention to submit a bid no later than Friday, April 9 by emailing procurement@gov.vg. Interested bidders shall be provided with Appendices A thru E upon request of their intention to submit a bid

A virtual pre-tender meeting via WebEx is scheduled for Monday, 15th March, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.  All prospective tenderers will be notified of the access code and password prior to the meeting.  This will be followed by a site visit.  All prospective tenderers are invited to attend.

Bidders must then submit one (1) original, three (3) copies and (1) flash drive of the complete bid package, including appendices and supporting literature.  The original bid and copies must be clearly marked “PG/RFQ /2021/MOF/REF-08 – Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for RFG Place Building” and all information must be legible. 

Bidders are asked to place the original and each copy in separate sealed envelopes.  All envelopes must be placed in a single envelope, which must be clearly marked with the reference “PG/RFQ /2021/MOF/REF-08 –Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for RFG Place Building” and must be placed in the Tender Box no later than Tuesday, April 20 at 10:00 a.m. and addressed to:

Tenders will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Ministry of Finance, Qwomar Trading Building #2, 2nd Floor at 12:00 noon on, Tuesday, April 20.  All prospective Tenderers are invited to witness this process via “Webex” and will be provided with the access code and password prior to the opening.
