Process

Step 1: Customer submits the application form 11 along  with supporting documents to the Conservation and Fisheries Department;

Step 2:  The Department will send a response  to the customer acknowledging receipt of application;

Step 3:  A further response will be sent to the customer granting  Approval or Denial of the request;

Step 4: Customer is invited to collect research permit from the Ministry;

Step 5:  Customer  is required to involve Government personnel and  to share information with the Ministry upon completion of the research project. 

Supporting Documents

A full project proposal including background of the project, project objectives and methodology, proposed counterpart involvement of the BVI Government in terms of the number of people, qualification and experience
