The platform allows persons to make appointments with over 20 different Government Departments, including Civil Registry and Passport Office, Department of Motor Vehicles, Social Development Department, Land Registry and the Department of Labour & Workforce Development.

Customer Service Manager Ms. Abbarah Brown said, “Whether individuals would like to renew their passport, license their vehicle or apply for an assistance grant, the webpage is their one-stop shop for Government services.”

Ms. Brown also noted that the platform has other amenities outside of booking appointments.

“We are very excited to share with the public our new live chat feature located at This live chat system allows users to get assistance in real time and inquire about any Government service,” Ms Brown said. “I encourage persons to try it out by asking simple questions such as what documents you may need for an application or where a particular office is located,” she added.

Public Service Transformation Manager, Mrs. Kishann Cupid Braithwaite explained that the online appointment system is not only an advancement in customer service but also digital transformation, which are both priority areas under the Public Service Transformation programme.

Mrs. Cupid Braithwaite said, “We have been seeing major advancements in Government customer service in recent years. During this time, the Customer Service Care Centre has grown exponentially and relocated to a dedicated space in the Burhym Building in Road Town.”

She said a major facet of these advancements has been making the customer service experience accessible to all through technology, resulting in streamlining and greater efficiency in our front-facing Government Departments.

The appointment platform allows users to select their desired island, department and service and prompts them to provide contact information where a confirmation of their appointment will be sent when booking is completed.

The approximate length of time for each service will be displayed and users will be able to view open appointment times for each working day and select the time that is the most convenient for their schedule.

Persons in need of assistance with navigating the appointment platform can contact the Customer Service Care Centre via telephone at 468-3701, via WhatsApp at 468-9760 or via email at Persons can also visit the Customer Service Care Centre in the Burhym Building (first floor) in Road Town.

The Customer Service Care Centre seeks to enhance the customer service relationship between the Government and its clients, by utilising Customer Service Specialists that serve as the single point-of-contact for the public to communicate with the Government.
