The BVI participated in the United Nations 13th Ministerial Forum held virtually throughout the week. The Territory currently serves as one of the Vice Chairs of the Regional Conference on Social Development along with countries like Barbados, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture has received eight unique pieces of artwork from the Virgin Islands Communal Association (VICA) during the opening ceremony of Culture and Tourism Month on November 1.
Junior Minister for Tourism, Honourable Sharie B. de Castro is featured as she presented the winners of the Back to School essay competition with their awards. There were six competition winners in various categories.
