Step 1: Person submits completed employment application form, with supporting documents to the
            address indicated on the vacancy notice.

Supporting Documents

Resume or CV;
Certified Copy of Identification;
Evidence of Immigration Status (Belonger Card, Work Permit, Certificate of Naturalisation);
Certified Copies of Diplomas;
Degrees or Certificates;
Official Police Certificate;
Two Testimonials attesting to his/her personal character

Method of Applying

Online (fillable) Form, or submission of printed form by mail. Persons may also apply by completing the application process through the employment module located on the HR Website.

Turn Around Time

Acknowledgement of application, within 2 days

Additional Notes

Authorised Officers may appoint persons to positions within grades 1-7. In those instances, the employment application should be submitted directly to the Authorised Office rather than to the Department of Human Resources
