To issue Police Reports and Traffic Reports for individuals requesting information for a criminal offense or traffic offense.
Process
Step 1: Customer obtains an application for a police report, fills out form and takes form (or proxy with a letter) along with required documents to Road Town Police Station Administration Front Desk staff.
Step 2: Staff reviews form to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Step 3: Fee is collected by staff and a receipt is given to the customer.
Step 4: The application is signed and date stamped.
Step 5: The application is forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Department or Traffic Department and recorded in the Transaction logbook.
Step 6: The respective unit (Criminal or Traffic) checks the records.
Step 7: The respective unit will create the report.
Step 8: Customer returns after indicated time period with receipt is directed to the Unit, signs for and collects Report.
