The public is reminded that Monday, March 1 is the 26th annual celebration to pay homage to the Territory’s first Chief Minister, the late Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt.
Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie and Deputy Premier and Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley attended the 13th Annual African Remembrance ceremony observed on Sunday, February 7.
Local author, Lucinda Gordon in collaboration with the Department of Culture will be launching the book, “My Shattered Life” on Tuesday, January 26, at the Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Complex Breezeway at 5:00 p.m.
Local author, Lucinda Gordon said that her latest book is about her life-changing ordeal with domestic violence and her courage and journey to recovery.

Minister for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration, Honourable Vincent Wheatley has said that the upcoming reclamation works in the Pockwood Pond area will not affect the Dungeon historical ruins site.
