Deputy Governor, Mr. David Archer, Jr. will act in the Office of Governor until June 9 in the absence of His Excellency, the Governor Mr. Daniel Pruce who is out of the Territory.

Premier of the Virgin Islands, HonourableDr. Natalio D. Wheatley is scheduled to be on duty travel from Saturday June 1 until June 11.

I would like to start by recalling Commissioner Sir Gary Hickinbottom’s conclusion in the COI report of 4^th April 2022.
