Assistant Manager at the Department of Waste Management, Mr. Neville Allen has said that access to the Pockwood Pond incinerator will be limited to 4:00 p.m. daily in an effort to control the practice of indiscriminate dumping.

The public is advised of a fire at the Pockwood Pond incinerator and are asked to avoid the area. The fire may have resulted from the explosion of an LPG tank.
