All registered participants of the SMART Business Academy entrepreneurial training series are notified that that the next session will be held on Friday, May 20. 

Young entrepreneurs who are interested in refining their social media skills and improve their businesses are invited to register for a three day social media workshop.

The public is informed that the cashier’s office at the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs will close at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, to facilitate a staff meeting.  The cashier’s office will resume regular business hours on Thursday, May 5.

More than 50 businesses participated in the BVI Chamber of Commerce and Hotel Association BUY BVI Trade Expo held at the Multipurpose Sports Complex on April 16 and 17.

The public is reminded that all premises not including hotels and clubs in which intoxicating liquor is sold, exposed or kept for sale by retail shall be closed on Good Friday, observed on Friday, March 25.

The Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs will be sponsoring five booths at the 2016 CCT Buy BVI Trade Expo.

The public is notified that the deadline for registration for the SMART Business Academy Development Training Series is Friday, March 11.
