The programme will be televised on Tuesday, September 8, from 8:30p.m. to 9:30 p.m. as part of a series of activities planned by the department in their campaign themed “Building Relationships with the Community”. The public is invited to the official launch of the first phase of the registration process of the National Health Insurance on Tuesday, September 1, at 10:00 a.m. The launch will be held at the Joshua J. Smith Building (Social Security Building).
The session targets all businesses and professionals in financial services, insurance, commercial, retail, hospitality, as well as the legal and administration sectors. Participants will be exposed to various topics including leadership in action, preparing for the unthinkable and engaging the business community in disaster resiliency.
The Public Works Department is informing the public that there are some rocks remaining on the Sir Francis Drake Highway in the proximity of The Bluff, which is located on the western end of Tortola.
