The department receives queries from the general public and other government agencies, regarding the various services that the department provides.

Process

Step 1:  Customer contacts the office with a query. 

Step 2:  If possible, a response to the query is given immediately using internal information. 

Step 3:  If the information is not available internally, the external department that the query may pertain to is contacted for the information.
