Gracia Wheatley-Smith is a daughter of the soil. She currently serves as the Chief of Drugs and Pharmaceutical Service for the Government of the Virgin Islands. Mrs. Wheatley-Smith has also served as an Assistant Secretary for the Ministry of Health and Social Development, and Pharmacy Manager at the BVI Health Services Authority. Mrs. Smith has a Certificate in Management of Pharmaceutical Supply from the University of Limpopo BSc. (Hon.) Management Studies -UWI; MSc. (Dist.) Pharmaceutical Services and Medicines Control from the University of Bradford; and Certificate Public Administration from the University of the West Indies. Mrs. Wheatley-Smith is also the author of two children-friendly books on Asthma and the owner and Co-Manager of Sataĵ Pharmacy.
