This service consists of the processing of permitting or denying visitor entry into the British Virgin Islands at the various ports of entry

Process

Step 1:  The customer comes to the Main Office or Port Office and requests to make payment for after hours Immigration Service.

Step 2:   The fees are collected and the customer is provided with a receipt for the transaction that was made.

Step 3:  The customer/carrier then arrives at a port of enty and proceed to the Immigration Station.

Step 4:  If the customer/carrier is a VISITOR or RESIDENT, they have to submit their passport and completed Embarkation Card to the Immigration Officer for processing. 

Step 5:  If entry is granted, customer proceed to luggage collection where they will then be inspected by the Customs Officer.
