Reports are prepared as requested by users or in compliance with relevant legislation.

Process

Step 1:  Work on the weekly report is started or a request for a specific “Ad-Hoc” report,
              comes into the Accountant General from the Ministry for Finance.

Step 2:  The Accountant General or the Deputy Accountant General “runs” the JDE report.

Step 3:  Once created, the report is converted to a PDF file.

Step 4:  If it is a weekly report, it is submitted to the Premier and Financial Secretary and copied to the Deputy Financial Secretary and Deputy Accountant General.

Step 5:  If it is an “AD-Hoc” report, it is submitted via email to the requester.
