Infectious Diseases (Notification) Act (Cap. 180)

This Act provides for the notification of infectious diseases, including: small pox, cholera, the plague, diphtheria, measles, and fevers known as yellow fever, bilious remittent, puerperal, typhus, typhoid, relapsing, dengue or enteric, HIV and any other infectious disease which may be declared by the Governor in Council.
