The residents of the Adina Donovan Home for the Elderly are recipients of new utensils and food carts donated by the Rotary Club Sunrise of Road Town after being adopted in a gesture of community service. Members of the Rotary Club presented the items to the Adina Donovan Home on June 25 as Rotary’s ongoing obligation to assisting the Home. Rotary Club Sunrise President Jean P. Vanterpool stated, “We will continue to partner with the home and do our best to meet the needs as our funds will allow us.” Rotary International is an international service organisation whose purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
