The Government of the Virgin Islands is advising residents of Anegada that the BVI Airports Authority will be carrying out a mandatory bi-annual simulation exercise this week. The bi-annual emergency exercise is important for the continued certification of all airports operated by the BVI Airports Authority.

During the exercise there will be increased activity at, and around the airport. Residents should not be alarmed, and are advised to stay clear of the exercise area.
