His Excellency the Governor Augustus Jaspert chaired the Meeting held on 21st August, 2019. The Meeting was held at the Premier’s Conference Room, Central Administration Building.

All Members were present, with the exception of Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture Dr. the Hon. Nathalio Wheatley and Attorney General Hon. Baba Aziz, who were overseas on official business and annual leave, respectively. The Chief Parliamentary Counsel Ms. Fikile Dlamini attended as the acting Attorney General.
