The Carnival Breeze is featured as it returned to the shores of the British Virgin Islands on Monday November 12 following the hurricanes of last year. Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Mark Vanterpool welcomed the captain, crew and passengers on behalf of the Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE and residents of the BVI.

Honourable Vanterpool said he was pleased to see the return of the Carnival Breeze and that measures were in place to ensure the visitors have an enjoyable visit.
