The staff of the Tortola Division of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) are captured as they attended a two-day training session in customer service by the Director of Customer Service Ms. Kedimone Rubaine. The DMV continues to provide efficient and accurate services in vehicle licensing matters to promote driver safety in compliance with the road traffic legislation of the Territory.
