The public is reminded that effective January 1, 2017, the Town and Country Planning Department will be collecting development application fees in accordance with the fee schedule described in the Land Development Control Guidelines (1972).

Persons are asked to comply with the published fee schedule for applications for the development of property in the British Virgin Islands.
