The Environmental Health Division’s Vector Control Unit will be carrying out fogging on Tortola in the following areas:

Tuesday, October 11

• Apple Bay, Long Bay, Belmont and surrounding areas, Carrot Bay and surrounding areas

Wednesday, October 12

• Ballast Bay, Cane Garden Bay, Solider’s Hill and surrounding areas, Brewer’s Bay and surrounding areas

Thursday October 13

• Long Trench, Belle Vue and surrounding areas, Hope Hill, Spring Ghut and surrounding areas

Fogging will be carried out between 5:00 p.m. and 7;00 p.m.  Persons with respiratory illnesses, particularly asthmatics, are advised to vacate fogged areas for at least an hour.  For more information, contact the Environmental Health Division at 468-5110.
