The BVI community is notified that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has published a document entitled “Without Prejudice”, and is available for viewing on the Government’s Portal at www.bvi.gov.vg.

The document is a guidance on the prosecution of criminal libel, electronic defamation, other related offences contrary to the Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act, 2014 as amended by No. 9 of 2019.
