Minister for Health and Social Development Honourable Vincent O. Wheatley is featured as he visited the oldest person in the Virgin Islands Mrs. Ennelle Smith. Mrs. Smith is 104 years old. The visit was part of the minister’s observation of Senior Citizen’s Month in the Virgin Islands. This year’s Senior Citizens Month is being observed under the theme, “Aging: Unbound”.
