Pictured is Second District representative, Hon. Melvin “Mitch” Turnbull, as he marched with faculty, staff and students of the Jost Van Dyke School to commence the day’s event. Activities included a musical rendition, a literacy presentation, a presentation of the Territory’s colours and symbols, along with a cultural presentation by Dr. Angel Smith.
