Local author, Lucinda Gordon in collaboration with the Department of Culture will be launching the book, “My Shattered Life” on Tuesday, January 26, at the Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Complex Breezeway at 5:00 p.m.

The public is invited to attend or tune in the following day when the event is posted on the Government’s Facebook page @BVIGovernment.
