Owners of all supermarkets on Territory-wide are asked to desist from the distribution of food to residents immediately. Failure to do so will see the owners being fined.  Residents are also reminded that only persons who are engaged in providing essential services are to be on the street at this time. All other persons are asked to stay in their homes.
