Premier of the Virgin Islands, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley served as a member of the second panel discussion which addressed the topic “Overseas Territories:  Our People, Our Future” at the Overseas Territories’ Conference held on 10^th May at Portcullis House, London. The session was moderated by Honourable Amanda Milling. Other panelists included Honourable Charles Washington Misick, Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands; Honourable Julie Thomas, Chief Minister of St. Helena; Honourable Simon Young, Mayor of the Pitcairn Islands, and Honourable E. David Burt, Premier of Bermuda. During the panel discussion, a slide presentation showcasing the people of the Overseas Territories was displayed in the background.
