The Facilities Management Unit is advising all ministries, departments and units to secure their files, documents, computers and other machinery in preparation for Hurricane Jerry.  Cardboard boxes and other items that can be soiled and damaged by water are to be elevated from the floor and placed on tables and cabinets above floor level.

The Facilities Unit has plastic in stock for any unit, department and ministry while supplies last.
