The public is notified that the Government’s RateUs platform, located at rateus.gov.vg, is temporarily unavailable due to a system outage.

The RateUs platform allows the public to rate their service received by public officers from different departments.

The Government of the Virgin Islands apologises for any inconvenience the downtime of the platform may cause.
