The Ministry of Health and Social Development is requesting proposals to carry out social assessments at a per cost rate per client.  

Please note the assessments should include the basic information presented on our social assessment questionnaire including providing a total social assessment report that takes into consideration the vulnerability status of the individual. 

In your proposal, please include the cost for the social assessment including any incidentals for travel expense to Sister Islands, if necessary.  In addition, your proposed start date or availability and duration to complete the task.  

All interested professionals should contact the Ministry of Health and Social Development at email ministryofhealth@gov.vg or by telephone at (284) 468-2174 to request an electronic copy of the questionnaire.  Proposals are due on Friday, 27 June, 2025 by noon. Submissions may also be emailed to albrowne@gov.vg before the submission deadline.

Please note to be considered for these services persons must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology including a valid Trade License.  A valid copy of your qualifications and trade license must be submitted with the proposal.
