Residents on the Sister Island are invited to complete a Public Service Survey that pertains to receiving Government services, identifying issues, and finding solutions to critical issues.

The Sister Island Public Service Survey is conducted annually and seeks answers to ten (10) questions. Most questions can be answered using a check mark, while others may require a brief explanation. The identity of responders will remain anonymous.

Sister Islands Coordinator, Ms. Sasha Flax said, “We thank you in advance for your time and consideration and we sincerely look forward to hearing your responses to guide our delivery of Government Services throughout every Sister Island.”
