Taxi operators across the Territory are featured as they attended a meeting at the Althea Scatliffe Primary School on Tuesday, June 18.

The operators along with officials from the Ministry of Transportation, Works and Utilities discussed the possibility of additional taxi stands; uniformity and presentation to visitors and residents of the Virgin Islands; vehicle standards; defining bussing verses taxiing verses livery; and tariffs.

The meeting was hosted by Deputy Premier and Minister for Transportation, Works and Utilities Honourable Kye Rymer and was organised to hear the concerns of the Taxi Community.
