The public is notified that the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs located in the Sebastian’s Building, Road Town, will be processing renewal of trade licences for 2023 effective November 15, 2022.

Sister Islands residents will be processed on the main floor of the department and given priority, once the business is listed under a Sister Island address.

Business owners with five or more licences are encouraged to drop off their payments with relevant renewal information on the second floor. This process will take seven business days and an officer from the department will contact the customer for collection. To be eligible for this renewal process, cheque or credit card payment only will be accepted. No cash payments.

Customers are also reminded that late fees will be applied to all accounts effective February 1, 2023.
