The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instruments No. 148 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 41) Order, 2020 and No.149 Public Health (Covid-19 Control and Suppression Measures) (No. 9) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 2020 are now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instruments were published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 165 dated 31^st December, 2020.

The public is asked to take note that under S.I. No. 148, the Curfew is in effect between the hours of 2:01 a.m. and 4:59 a.m. daily, from Thursday, 31^st December, 2020 until Thursday, 14^th January, 2021, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order. 

Under Statutory Instrument No. 149, Section 10 of the principal Order was amended and is in effect until the 15^th day of January, 2021 unless extended by the Minister for Health and Social Development.
