The Department of Immigration is informing the public that a private company Efficient Experts operating in the Territory is not affiliated with their department.

It has been brought to their attention that Efficient Experts have been using the Department of Immigration’s official logo on their Facebook page and possibly other marketing materials, without their permission. The unauthorised use of the department’s official logo will mislead the public into believing that the Immigration Department is associated with or endorses Efficient Experts.

The Department of Immigration prioritises the protection of the integrity of the Department’s name, logo and operations, therefore, such matters are treated very seriously. Additionally, the public is being advised to exercise caution and verify the accuracy and legitimacy of information provided by any business offering a service.
