The Department of Waste Management (DWM) is seeking a company to provide cleaning services to their Long Bush facility located in Boynes Warehouse.

The building comprises of two levels which includes two restrooms, a locker room, and the downstairs area. The second level includes one office and a conference room.

The scope of the works covers cleaning all common areas and facilities of the building. Required working hours are between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (subject to change) Monday to Friday for a duration of six months.

Interested tenderers are asked to submit their bids in a sealed envelope with the name of the company or individual and reference “Cleaning Contract at DWM Long Bush Facility” with the following documents enclosed:

• Quotation for work
• Certificate of good standing from Inland Revenue Department, Social Security Board and National Health Insurance
•  Valid Trade Licence 2024
• Listing of jobs of similar nature
• The names and contact number of three referrals familiar with your work/service

All bids will be evaluated based on price, experience and reliability.  Please note that all documents must be included for consideration.  The deadline for submission of quotations is Friday May 17, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.  All quotations must be hand delivered to the Department of Waste Management office located on the second floor of the Union Property Building adjacent to Happy Lion Restaurant.
