The public is notified that the deadline for the essay competition on the topic “What Does Being British Mean to You” has been extended to April 11.

Secondary school and tertiary students are to submit between 450 to 600 words while the wider public should submit between 600 to 800 words.

The essay is being held as an activity to commemorate the 90th Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.  For the full guidelines and judging criteria telephone the Deputy Governor’s Office at 468-2195 or email dgo@gov.vg
