Established to make provisions for the filing and processing of appeals relating to the Financial Commission Act, Financial services legislation, and other related matters.

Process

In accordance with the Rules of Procedures all Financial Services Appeal Board documents are to be filed as follows:

(1) electronic copy

6. Application requesting authority to restrict filing or disclosure of document or material under rule 7 (3) $120

7. Notice of withdrawal of appeal under rule 16 (1)$ 50

8. Any other service provided by the Board $50

Turn Around Time

The applicant will be notified of hearing a date upon review of their appeal notice
