Festival Booths are located in the Festival Village and offer a variety of local cuisine and varied drinks.

Process

Step 1:  The registration form for the booth is collected from and returned completed to the Department of Culture;
            the form is then forwarded to the Chairperson of the Village Sub-Committee.

Step 2:  The Chairperson of the Village Sub-Committee schedules a meeting with all applicants to review the rules
            and regulations and all requirements the applicants would be required to comply with.

Step 3:  The applicants would subsequently be informed via telephone if they were successful in securing a booth.

Step 4:  Once the applicants have been informed of their success, they will be further advised of the due dates
            of the related fees.

Step 5:  The applicants that were not successful will also be informed via telephone and would be required to
            re-apply the following year.
