To empower individuals and groups of people with learning challenges and physical disabilities the opportunity to learn new skills that will allow for inclusion in the job market.


Step 1:  Applicants must submit completed Intake Application.

Step 2:  The completed/application case file is forwarded to the Community Development Officer for review and assignment.

Step 3:  The applicant is assisted with the job search, the cover letter and the resume writing.

Step 4:   The individual submits to a mandatory training for possible job placement.

Step 5:  Orientation is given prior to employment.

Step 6:  The applicant is monitored on a monthly basis.
