Process
Step 1: Applicants must contact the department either in person or by telephone to reserve desired date and time for the event.
Step 2: Once approved, applicants must complete the department's Community Centre's reservation/application form.
Step 3: Payment must be made (if necessary) one week before the scheduled event. (Please contact the department for fees).
