The Department of Facilities Management manages a fleet of Vehicles where ministries and departments can request to use on short-term basis to perform government-related duties. Each User must complete a Government Vehicle Policy and submit to the Director of Facilities Management for approval. Requests must be made at least one (1) week in advance for proper processing.


Step 1:  Review and complete a “Government Vehicle Policy” form

Step 2:  Submit Policy to for the Director’s approval.

Step 3:  Await response from the Facilities’ Administration Office
