The Facilities Management Unit manages a fleet of Vehicles where ministries and departments can request to use on short-term basis to perform government-related duties. Each User must complete a [Government Vehicle Request] form and submit to the Facilities Manager for approval.
Process
Step 1: Complete a Government Vehicle Request Form
Step 2: Submit completed form to fmu@gov.vg
Step 3: Await response from the Facilities Administration Office

All drivers must have an approved Government Vehicle Policy before submitting this request. See “Government Vehicle Policy”.
Note that requests are approved based on priority and availability.
