The Department of Facilities Management manages a fleet of Vehicles where ministries and departments can request to use on short-term basis to perform government-related duties. Each User must complete a [Government Vehicle Request] form and submit to the Director of Facilities Management for approval.

Step 1:  Complete a Government Vehicle Request Form

Step 2: Submit completed form to dfm@gov.vg

Step 3:  Await response from the Facilities’ Administration Office
