Procedures for Payment plans

Process

Step 1: If a Customer's Water Service line has been disconnected, the Customer may come to the Dept. and a Customer Service Representative will assist him/her with creating a Payment Plan.

Step 2: The amount owed is determined and used as the basis of the Payment Plan amounts.

Step 3: The amount to be paid monthly is negotiated with the customer.

Step 4: Once the payment plan is agreed to by all parties, signed and a reconnection fee paid, the Customers Water Service line is reconnected.

Step 5: If the Customer fails to keep the Payment Plan up to date on a monthly basis, the water service will be disconnected.
