Assist Ministries and Departments in filling vacancies to attract qualified candidates.


Step 1: The Permanent Secretary or Head of Department requests the filling of a vacancy or impending vacancy to the Human Resources Manager (Ministerial)

Step 2: The Human Resources Manager completes the Job Vacancy Request Form and submits to the Department of Human Resources.

Step 3: The Vacancy Notice is prepared, and posted on the HR Website and placed in Job Vacancy Binder maintained in the Front Office of the Department of Human Resources.

Step 4: If applicable, the Vacancy Notice is submitted to external publications and other online sites to increase exposure.
