Temporary Food Establishments that operate seasonally or during special events such as Easter and August Festivals, Fisherman's Day, Agriculture Food Fairs etc must be registered and licenced by the Division.
Process
Step 1: Proprietor should review the Temporary Food Establishment Guide and submit the completed Temporary Food Establishment Registration Form to the Division at least one week in advance of the scheduled event.
Step 2: The Division will conduct an inspection on the day of operation to ensure the minimum standard requirements are met.
Step 3: Once the inspection is completed and the establishment is approved, the licence is issued to the Proprietor.
