In Lu of a replacement certificate the Ministry of Education and Culture issues a letter certifying that students complete either Primary or Secondary Education in the Territory.
Process
Step 1: Contact the Ministry of Education and Culture via telephone and provide your full name, year of
graduation, school that you attend and contact information.
Step 2: Letter is prepared and individual is contacted to collect the letter from the Ministry of
Education and Culture.
